Those first few weeks in that magical newborn bubble is a precious time, and how better to capture those moments than with a newborn photoshoot as a new family. Whether you're welcoming your first baby, or a little brother or sister in to the world.
My home studio is warm, quiet and fully equipped to keep your baby settled and safe, allowing us to
capture natural, emotive images without rushing. 15 minutes from Guildford by car with parking.
I have been trained to safely handle newborns, whilst using simple and natural wrapping techniques and poses to capture all of that gorgeous, chubby, newborn squishiness that you will want to remember forever.
Newborn session investment
NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY FROM £295
I offer 3 image collections to choose from. There's no need to decide straight away, as all you pay before your photoshoot is a deposit of £150.
Once you have received your full gallery of at least 40 beautifully edited images from me, you can decide on your preferred investment. Your deposit will be deducted from your chosen collection. This gives you the flexibility to upgrade to any package you like, depending on your favourite images.

I don’t believe in charging for images that you haven’t seen, thats why (aside from your booking deposit) you wont have to decide which image collection you'd like to purchase until you have received and viewed your full gallery from me.
A non-refundable £150 deposit and shoot fee is payable upon booking. Please note that this fee will be deducted from any of the above collection fees.

Newborn and baby photography FAQs...
When is the best time to book a newborn photoshoot?
The traditional window for newborn photography is within the first 7–14 days, when babies are often sleepier and curl naturally. That said, this is not a strict cut-off.
I regularly photograph babies well beyond the newborn stage, including older babies who are more alert, smiley, or already starting to sit. Beautiful images can be captured at any age, and every stage has its own magic.
If you feel you’ve missed the early window, please don’t worry — I would still love to photograph your baby.
What if my baby is older than two weeks?
You have absolutely not missed your chance.
Older babies often give us:

I photograph babies of all ages, right through to confident sitters and toddlers, and I’ll tailor the session to suit your baby’s stage and personality.
How long does a newborn or baby session last?
Newborn and baby sessions are completely baby-led and typically last up to 3 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, cuddles, and settling.
For older babies, sessions are often shorter and more playful, but still relaxed and unhurried.
What if my baby wont sleep?
That’s absolutely fine — not all babies do, and it’s never a problem.
Awake babies, especially slightly older ones, often make the most beautiful, expressive images. I work gently around your baby’s needs and adapt the session to whatever they bring on the day.
Where do newborn and baby sessions take place?
Sessions take place in my calm, cosy home studio in Godalming, Surrey, which is conveniently just a 10 minute drive down the A3 from Guildford. Fully equipped and kept warm for babies of all ages.
Everything is designed to help you feel relaxed and looked after from the moment you arrive.
How do I book my photoshoot with you?
To book your newborn or baby photoshoot, simply get in touch with me and share your baby’s due date (or date of birth if your baby has already arrived).
I work with a limited number of sessions at any one time to ensure every family receives a relaxed, unhurried experience, so I always recommend booking in advance where possible. For expectant parents, I’ll provisionally reserve studio time around your due date, allowing flexibility once your baby arrives.
Once your baby is here, we’ll confirm a comfortable date and time that works best for you and your baby.
If your baby has already arrived, please don’t worry — I regularly accommodate last-minute bookings and photograph babies of all ages. The best thing to do is simply get in touch as soon as you can, and we’ll find a suitable studio slot together.
